THE ROLE

We are looking for Supervisors to help us pump out amazing coffees and the best brunch in town.

Each of our OU sites is a fast-paced venue, run by a small and powerful team! Everyone at Over Under works in every section of the shop; whether that be pulling espresso shots, steaming milk, smashing avocado, or packing Deliveroo bags. We need a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn!

This means you will be trained and rostered in a variety of different positions to allow for us to have an all-star team.

The ideal candidate will have a fantastic attitude, willingness to learn, and someone who wants to stay with OU and help us grow! Ideally, you live in West London with easy access to work. This role is full-time and will require you to work weekends and public holidays and you may be required to work at multiple sites.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience as a barista

  • Passion for specialty coffee

  • Intermediate Latte art skills

  • A great attitude to working the grill & prepping food

  • Great customer service and people skills

  • Great Banter!

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: No experience: £9.50 per hour - £9.88 per hour after training | Experienced: £10 - £11 per hour

Over Under is a Kiwi and New York-style specialty coffee shop that serves specialty coffee all-day, brunch, and pastries. We currently have 7 high-volume sites across London; Battersea Power Station, South Kensington, Gloucester Road, Earl’s Court, West Brompton, Wandsworth, Clapham Common & Ladbroke Grove and we're not stopping there!
