App Updates

Our app is finally up and running after our systems change! If you are still having trouble getting your app to work, redeeming stamps or have questions, please see the FAQ’s below:

How do I combine my stamps?
We’ve had to create a new stamp card with our systems update. If you still have stamps on your old card please email info@overundercoffee.com and we’ll transfer your old stamps to your new card. We will be sunsetting our ‘old card’ August 1 2024, any stamps that haven’t been transferred will be deleted with the ‘old card’.

I’m missing stamps!
Firstly, please check that they aren’t on your “old card” please make sure to email us your name, number, and email to combine. If your stamps aren’t on your old or new card, please email info@overundercoffee.com and we will add those missing stamps to your account.

App update:
In order for your app to collect stamps, you must have the most recent version of the Over Under app. Please update your app to the latest version to fill your stamp card.

Phone numbers:
Our system and app update have made phone numbers incredibly important to access your account details. Why? Nowadays phone numbers are more unique than names! So, please ensure that your account is updated with your phone number. If you are having trouble adding your phone number please contact info@overundercoffee.com and we’ll add it for you.

New Stamp Cards:
Along with our update we’ve had to create a new stamp card. Your old stamp card should still be there if you swipe left. However, old stamp cards will be deleted August 1 2024, please contact info@overundercoffee.com to transfer your old stamps to your new stamp card before they expire.

My stamp card isn’t showing up!
Please make sure your app is up to date, if you have the most recent version, please email us at info@overundercoffee.com  with your name, phone number, and email and we’ll help troubleshoot with you!

Payment Methods:
If you are having trouble with your payments, please ensure you have the latest version downloaded. This is has been resolved through the most recent version.

Check in Feature:
If you would like to order from the till, you can still collect stamps on your account. Please give the barista your phone number so they can look up and add your stamps to your account.
